Local 549 would like to congratulate Bill Dean for being promoted to General Organizer for Eastern Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and Northern West Virginia’s District Council. He was Local 549’s Business Manager/Financial Secretary/Treasurer from 1994 to 2008. We wish Bill the best of luck with his new job promotion.

We would also like to thank Larry Lilley for his dedication and ten+ years of serving as business agent and organizer for the union. He recently retired in April and we wish him the best of luck also.
